And watching the "Fire Tornado" on the News... Then the report this morning, that 2 young people have been arrested for starting some of these fires... It brought back a memory from my childhood and a short "Movie" I watched back in the mid to late 50s... It was a "short" that was played for years, before the Saturday Cowboy double feature shown in town every week during Summer.... Yep...I have even seen the Esso/Enco tiger referenced to Texaco....here is a quote from a recent article regarding Smokey Bear, who, by the way, turns 70 this year...
