Not from the 60's, not even close, your unit appears to be a 630, 640, 645 Motor Oil Units (what Tokheim call them, they did not call them "Lubsters."

Introduced in 1939.

Pump on top of each of the tanks was all the same. The model number indicated the capacity of the tank:
630-30 gal.
640-62 gal.
645-62 gas. (tank different size, but still 62 gal.)
