The Model J would have been a 1930s vintage pump?
On the Model J, did the nozzle hang from an "L" shaped piece of steel that was screwed into the cast iron tank base plate; 2" long with a 3/4" long 90 degree bend on the end?
I would appreciate it if you could post photos of a Model J.
