You may want to contact Ben Eckart for information. He is restoring an Enarco station, and has done extensive research on a couple of companies which made prefab station. One was Butler Manufacturing, and the other was Union Metal Mfg. Co., out of Canton, Ohio. Not sure if it is the same that made yours, but he may be able to provide some information.
