I can only say Associated, Gilmore and Chevron had a zillion of these in Southern California . I would ask Dick Bennett on this building . They seem to have been made several ways as in a deep office , you seem to have a 12 X 12 . There were one with the same canopy without a restroom or storage room in the rear too. Ed Shaver
