I just got these two items that both have me flabbergasted! The first is an ICC-5L jerry can from 1943 but the hand pump has me stumped. I've never seen one with a siphon pump before. Has anybody else? Next is this neat little aluminum body with a brass arm - thing! Throttle control? Old door sign "back in XXX minutes? If you have any guess, let me know-thanks!

Aluminum counter was used to keep track of how much bulk oil (or any other substance) had been sold from the 100 gallon tank in 5 gallon lots.
