Definitely a Mobil item....I have not seen that particular piece before, but appears to be a trinket type item made for refinery workers or a station give away. Not very valuable but a Mobil collectible none the less. BTW, the right facing Pegasus design appearing on the keychain came into use in 1966, but I would date this item much later than that even.
