Dick, that little story was very creative if not a little scary! I know I recently told you that we will have to download your brain sometime for it's wealth of knowlege----but I think we're going to have to screen out some of the other stuff and create a virtual version of you for the laughs and something to ridicule!!..........Dave

I wanted to add that not all knowledge is in books, and I've enjoyed learning as much as I have about pumps and globes here. Doing the Pure COTM was fun for me.

Right on Doc, and EVERYONE on here, you rock!!! nicely put....... I second that motion !!! Oldgas is a great, fine, treasured tool that should be kept under the shed and protected from the harsh elements that can be present at times. The ultimate complement for DB. My wife "loved" your old post as I did. After my comments on the "other thread" I need to say I love you guys. This site is the first thing I look at in the morning and the last at night. I've met so many of you at the few shows I attend (last year was my first time at Columbus and am thinking of going back) I'm always at Iowa and of course Vic's auction. Hope to do more this coming year. I put in my formal retirement date today, 2 years from this Friday I will turn 68, OH MY GOD, and that's it. So I'll be seeing more of you all.
