I am currently restoring a Bennette 1066 and the sleeve where the receiver nozzle is put away was rusted out so I have bought a different one which has a square hole at bottom. The rusted out one has a round hole and a pipe with bushings inside that goes through it with a strap on the outside with a eye sticking up I think for resting the nozzle when put away. My question is am I missing something like a receiver fork? Did they make two different receiver assemblies for that model? I can make this sleeve work but just wondering if I have all the parts or is something missing. Does anybody have a picture to send and how it should be? Thanks for your time. This is the third pump I have restored. The first two were Tokhiems a 39 short and 300. This site is very helpful for somebody that is starting out. I love working on stuff like this. Thanks again.

Sounds Like you've got a receiver off a 600/700 series. I'll look at my pumps tonight and let you know for sure. I think the 900 also used the square hole. I know the 1000 uses an automatic computer reset, and 6-900 series uses a reset crank.

This is the way it is on my 1066. Hope it helps.

Thanks so much for your time and pictures. My pump does look the same as yours only it has a strap with a eye sticking up I think for a padlock around the pipe. The receiver I just bought has a square hole which must be for the earlier model which I can make it work. Again thank you for your time. When I get it done I will try post some pictures. Think it will be a Texaco.
