Yes, I believe most Ford Dealerships had such logos in sign form in their Showrooms; mostly much larger in size. (based on personal observations and images in New Car Brochures, I used to bring home and/or sent to my Parents)
Signs as small as yours, I saw; Were in Salesman Offices/hanging in the background in Parts Departments and/or in Finance Department Offices... I hung around a lot of Gas Stations, more than a few Repair Garages and a couple Dealerships while growing up in Kelso/Longview
I used to hang around; Mason Ford (they had a larger version of the sign, in question, in their Service Department up until the early 70s) and Bud Clary Chevrolet (went to work part time in their Parts Department during the Summer of 1969)
