Looks nice Mark. I would agree to not use the blown or blow-on type insulation. I had that stuff in a building one time and unless you cover every inch it constantly falls off or gets knocked loose. Not only that but the mice love to go condo in that stuff and it really stinks (literally) when they do that in the ceiling or wall adjacent to an area you use a lot. My new shop has one inch hard foam sheeting between the stringers and the metal with r-30 batt insulation in the walls and ceiling before being sheeted with either metal or osb. It's like a cooler, super easy to keep warm or cool and you have finished walls for anything you want to do. You're going to love your new home when it's all done. My wife calls my shop my house as I live out there more than in the house.....GB
