Mr. Williamson you have been a member of this site for all of two weeks and you have already insulted two great, knowledgeable members. I haven't been on this website very long myself, but I have been in 'the hobby' for a long time. I replied with a joke about "just buy another one :)", and you responded about my education.... Fair enough - a joke back, I have thick skin. But I would never even think of joining a website and start bashing people you know nothing about, especially one who has passed away.
This website is a great resource and creates good friendships, after a while some may say it's even like a family, especially after you start going to shows and meet and hang out with them. My advice is, if you don't like the advice given, just ignore it and move on. After some time you will learn who is who on here (and their area of expertise) and you will see and appreciate what a great website this truly is.
