I think I sense a bit of sarcasm, but I'll give my opinion.

To me, "Survivor" hints towards some degree of condition. Meaning there is enough still there that it could almost go back into service just as it sits.

"Unrestored" Could and would included the above, but would of course include any pump this side of the dump.
