If fraud occurred that's one thing.
Additionally,....it's amazing how thoughtless some people are when shipping.
Sometimes you need to go full negative on EBay stuff sent that way. How many people have received signs shipped that either cut through the cardboard or there is packing tape on the signs surface? Or both.
