I just talked with Ron, and while he is still recovering from surgery and will be laid up for a while yet, he has been up and about on a very limited basis! Just the fact that he felt good enough to get on the phone and call me, is very encouraging!
He sounded upbeat about the surgery and while it takes a while to recover from something like that, he said he was able to remove himself from the pain medication and concentrate on the healing process!
He has been up and reading the Old Gas posts, and I imagine we will hear from him when he is feeling up to it.
