I will say, that based on my own personal buying habits; I do know that I will pay more for an individual shaker and/or a set of shakers if the decal(s) are in good condition...

And as such; at least whereas when I am the Buyer. Decals do add to the value of a shaker or shakers and that value could be/can be greatly enhanced by a good condition, decal....
