Is there enough of a picture here to tell if this is Gilbarco 97?

Last night when I posted the picture I did not know for sure what the pump was but I had told the fella a 130 miles away I would take it. I went to pick it up and it is Last night when I posted the picture I did not know for sure what the pump was but I had told the gym on 130 miles away I would take it. I went to pick it up and it is a Gilbarco. Got up at 5 AM this morning and I am now on my way home with it but still haven't had a chance to decide exactly what it is?

Gilbarco Model 97CF2 Serial number 811706. Can anyone tell me what year this pump was manufactured?

Thank you KW I was hoping with the serial number 811706 to get a little closer to the exact date of manufacture or at least the year it was manufactured. I'm guessing just like everything else in World War II production pretty well ceased if that's the case it would be a 1938, 39, or 40, is that a reasonable line of thought?
