I had a blue cylinder that someone had fired four BBs into it, and it was preferable to me to use it rather than a plexiglass one. I used a two-part clear epoxy available at Lowe's. The holes were in three different locations on the cylinder, so it took 3 different days to do the repairs. They were clean BB holes with no cracks of any kind. I wished, though, I had experimented with some blue tint before filling the depressions from the inside. I have a close-up photo of one of the repairs but I don't have a way to send it to you via e-mail.
