Brian, In answer to your questions.....yes there are vendor fees to sell at Columbus. You need to be a subscriber of Check The Oil in order to qualilfy. Jerry Keyser is the promoter and does a great job. Most of us register when we get the applications from Jerry in the early part of the year. Can't remember if it's March or April.
