We have the same pump based off your pics and review of my pump. Problem is that as I google Martin Schwartz or Swartz visible pump there are zero results on Google...which is uncommon. Typically I'd say the manufacturer may be incorrect...just because I nearly always can trigger an image result on a search term. Are you solid on it being a Martin Schwartz?
I'm looking toward G&B and American per Sterlings recommendation... have no idea what g500 may look like...checking.
