Restoration of my G&B T-177 is underway! Am I correct in assuming the conduit running up by the glass cylinder and out to the light bulbs was painted red like the rest of the pump? Also, the galvanized plate on top of the cylinder appears to have never been painted on either side. Is that correct? For the final years of the pump"s functional life, it only had one set of original gallon markers. I plan to use a repro set for the one that was missing (unless it looks too bad, then I'll have to use the pair of repros until I can find another original).
