There are a lot of decent hotels in the area, most of the ones closest to the Fairgrounds sell out early. Any of the major chains such as Marriott or Hilton are fine. Try Mechanicsburg or Harrisburg area. Not too far to travel. Anything close to route 81 will get you there quickly.
