I was trying out a new photo light booth I bought, and decided to shoot a couple photos of my tanker.
I bought this Distler toy from "Mint and Boxed" a toy store outside of London in 1984 or close to that time. For those of you who remember, they had some fantastic toys, got some fantastic prices, and later lost their shorts. I was luckey enough to have my wife with me at the time. When she saw the gut wrenching I was going through trying to decide if I could afford this baby, she simply said to me: "Hey, it's only money". What a support system I have! We celebrated our 26th anniversary yesterday. She's also the one that told me I was a fool to walk past that Wayne 56. I went back and bought that too.
