I'm glad that you all enjoyed Robert's collection. The group photos of the globes don't really do his collection justice. He has a very nice sign collection as well. The Penzoil curb sign is NOS and still has the original paper on it.
When I first met Robert around 1996, I believe that he had 10 globes. Now Robert just doesn't throw $$$$$ at his collection. He is a very steady shopper. As you can see he has done very well.
Cris, the globe lens in the case is STANDARD OIL OF KENTUCKY size 16 1/2 inch.
The only thing that I can find wrong with Robert is that he won't sell me anything. LOL. Rex
