Cool can Steve. Standard Oil of California, SOCAL (Chevron) took over Signal in the late 40s. I'm guessing, that label was used during the transition period, as SOCALs oil was named RPM at that time. The DELO is an acronym for Diesel Engine Lubricatig Oil. Nice find.
