Thats all good info,that can be aggrevating procedure!I like to put the rubber on the door first then install glass, use a plastic spoon from a glass shop its just a flat piece of plastic thats pointed on both ends.Start on bottom work your way around use LOTS of soapy water in a spray bottle,this makes it hard to handel but helps so much,another pair of hands can be helpful,once you do it a few times you can really put them in fast!
