I just pased through Laramie, Wyoming this week and saw the same pumps on the show room floor of the Ford dealer. I was on a road trip from Missouri to the west on I-80. There is a truck stop right on the west side of Lincoln NE that has a great display of old pumps, globes and signs. I will send in some pictures when I get them developed.

Here is a pic of a pump I found on my way home from the Peotone show. It is a Erie 10 or 20. The guts are all gone & where the computer should be they put a newer Gasboy tank pump. One of the side panles are gone but the rest of the pump was in real good shape. A neet pump anyway. No one was home so I dont know if it can be had or not.

Went to an auction last year at an old Texaco station along Hwy 2 in Montana. They started to restore the old Texaco station when the gentleman who owned it died. It was slated to be torn down, but the local Credit Union bought it and are adding on, but will be leaving the "look" of the station.

Here is a picture of that old Texaco station being remodeled for a Credit Union. The are to be commended for saving a nice piece of Gas Station history. They even added pumps and put of the name of the Credit Union in old Texaco style letters over the bay.

Here is an old Texaco Horse Drawn Tanker I found onthe same trip. Guy had it out on his farm. Said it was original. You could see in the front were the small round Texaco logo plates went.

Hi all;
Took a little drive out to Barstow, CA. last Friday. Found a welding shop with a lot of cool stuff. No one around but one big dog. Some of you west cost guys may know of this place. For all I know the owner may be a member of Oilgas.con. Got a lot of pictures. I also went to the Route 66 museum and one other place I found. I'll put those pictures in another post.

The guy at the welding shop is VERY PROUD [$$$$]OF HIS STUFF. IF you are FOOLISH enough to pay, he will sell, but you will DIG DEEP.
