Me again...I've soaked the computer in WD-40 and penetrating oil. The reset crank isn't there, it was hacked off so all I have is just a nub of metal rod on the side panel. I used some channel locks on the inside and the rod that goes into the computer was quite tight. After a few good tugs, the rod will turn freely counter clockwise...but nothing is moving. Did I break something?

I went out and my 39 turns counter-clockwise to reset. Also found out it does not turn very easy in this cold weather. Good luck.

Remove the notched flat plate on the other side of the reset shaft. It will be on opposite side of what is shown in the pic. It is held onto the computer reset shaft by one slotted screw.
It is connected to a lock mech to it keep from resetting while running.
