Finally found a '32 Ford body! Buddy and I went to Ohio Thursday to look at it. Guy who was selling said it was in his buddy's barn thought no big deal back up and load it up if I bought it, well walked in the barn and said we had to go to the loft??? walked up some rickety stairs and got up there did not see anything except a pile of old seats,fabric etc. says sorry there is so much stuff on it, moved everything and there it was Unbelevible solid body 3 window just as he described to me, Made the deal and 3 hours later after winching it down off the hayloft and moving stuff to get it out of the barn and into my truck we where on are way. Before its resting place in Ohio in the hay loft its resting place was in a tree filled ravine in Wyoming since at least the early 60's, guy I bought it from had to hire a local tree guy when he bought it to cut a path to get it out years ago.

Keep us Updated on the Progress of Restoring it. Are you going to build a Street Rod or a Traditional Style Hot Rod??

Flatheads are great and that should have a Lincoln flathead in it, da boss flathead.

Hey Russ whats the story was that advertized or was a word of mouth deal?I was thinking about it last night,that is a awesome find.I have a lead on a pair of 32s one 5 window and a 3 window both owned by the same guy since 1963 both are 4 bangers but are supposed to be really mint.A good friend of mine has seen both,but I was told one of them has been sold.Did you happen to get the doors or firewall or is it just the body? Either way nice find!!!!

Don,sounds good to me! Joe,lets just say right place right time! what you see is what I got so the search is on for parts. I have a frame already and a lead on doors,will be fenderless so no need there. If you have a lead on those coupes jump on it or they will be gone (or let me know ) just like gas stuff someone gets a whiff of good stuff and its gone.

Well here is my first ride in my '32 I had a repo frame but decided I had to have a original with all the original body parts I found so far. This was another lucky find. I talked to a friend at the Peotone auction that has '32's and asked if He had any extra parts but never knew he had this tucked away for 25+ years.Seems to be a early to mid 60's built chassis with juice brakes. Deal was made and brought home today.

Russ you may want to buy a lotto ticket.LOL Nice score again!!With juice binders to boot.So what are you going to do with the repo frame??What steering wheel is on there it looks cool,man you are on a good roll.
