check out this score!!!!!!!!!

we were finishing the raking after the cleanout. Ran the rake over something buried in the ground, figured it was another concrete block ( no exageration we probably dug up over 200 blocks.... maybe more). Once we got it out and washed it up we found this:

it is porcelain (ms) and the best part is: THIS IS THE BAD SIDE!!!!

it has some rust at the bottom bolt hole but the otherside is flawless!

and I thought the scores were done 3 weeks ago.

I wonder if that is the standard-issue Platolene station restroom sign? It's a very nice find. I wonder what else is buried there?

Maybe it time to check the area with a metal detector, could be more great finds there.

I have one of those, the LADIES only, never did find the MENS. Mine came out of a former CONOCO bulk plant. Could be CONOCO, could be generic.

I don't know where it came from.

It could have been part of the platolene package, but it wouldn't have been used by this place.

It was a restaraunt, gas station, and service station and did not have an indoor restroom. It had an outhouse. Those familiar with rural areas will say "In the forties those things were around here." But this place was run till the late seventies/ early eighties.

how would you like to follow a couple truckers in there? lol
