Can someone let me know if all Wayne 60 have this grid just over the panel Atlantic shown in the picture? All others Wayne I have seen on pictures has the metal script instead of the grid, but maybe under the script they have the grid. I imported this pump about 15 years ago and it's still unrestored. My intention is to restore it like original with color scheme but the globe Hi-Arc is not easy to find. The repro are only 13-1/2'' and for this pump the right one should be almost the 15''

The Atlantic company was a large user of Wayne 60s. At least one of the pumps on the island was a Wayne 60 display pump. Years later when display pumps went out of style, Atlantic had porcelain signs made to cover the entire area where the display was. Have you taken the Atlantic sign off the pump to see what was underneath, I once had an almost identical pump and when I removed the sign there was a display under it. I don't remember the grid, but isn't that where the "Wayne" name plate goes? The nameplate is shown in all the pictures I have of the 60 in my Gas Pump Identification book. All mine have it. It's just a vent, when you put the Wayne plate over it, it will not show. Richard

Thank you for your interesting replies. Jack do you mean that inside I could find a display? It should be fantastic! I will check just as I can but I doubt to find it because when I received it I took a look but I don't remember a display inside. But 15 years are elapsed... The pump you once had and you find a display was Atlantic?
Richard, yours are Atlantic too or not?

petroman, After opening door, IF there is a solid plate [w/ 1/2" hole in middle] approx. 18-24" from bottom. Then it WAS a showcase pump. The guts were compacted in this bottom space. It had a shaft coming thru the hole to bottom of Veeder Root.

None of mine were Atlantic. Two were Union 76, one was Mobil and the other was Signal with one good pump plate. Richard
