This appears to be the place to show off recent restorations. I am new to this hobby.
Before and after pics shown.
This is an American 8 sided hex. It was very enjoyable to restore this one albeit very labor intensive.

Dan,
Your making me look bad..... well worse than before! I'm working on a American also, hey if you count moving parts from one spot to another, I was working on it yesterday! One thing I noticed is your sheet metal sides do not have the bead at the top and bottom of each panel? What model is yours? I have the serial number tag, not sure which model it is. Looks good! I am unsure of the model but a guy at Gas Pump Heaven said the trim at the top and bottom was an indicator of an earlier model than this one.

Nice job on the pump. This would have to be my favorite visible ever created and I pass an original one everyday sitting outside a barn that is all original and the old farmer wont sell it....

Keep the pumps separated, they have a tendency to multiply Very Rapidly like rats/rabbits.
