Pretty cool piece. 40s give or take a decade. Reverse on glass - cobalt blue.
*Note - the photos of it lighted up don't really do it justice as far as color - too much glare from the light. the pen itself is very colorful and can be seen somewhat in the up close pics.

some paint missing in a few spots in a rectangle around the pen. the plug needs adjusted - you have to jiggle it into the right spot for it to light. its just loose.
