It kinda depends......
Usually I overlook bad wheel or two
but some parts are way harder to find.
I will charge for shutter/blinders
whole wheel set replacement,
broken frame part.
As far as gears, it depends.
I do not have extra cone gears that are not damaged.
If I have to rebuild a range arm assembly or 3, I may charge.
I don't charge much for parts and nothing for ones I have plenty of.
Normally it will never exceed $350.00
That is if all the guts & gears are fried
