This meter was in operation when I purchased it. It appears to be all original paint, except that back panel where someone hit it with a brush. N0 rust or notable dents. I have not attempted to clean it, it as is how I purchased it. I can ship anywhere in US. $1350 I have more photos I can send to you directly.
