Gilbarco 900 series pumps are easy. First you need to remove the top. Remove the reset crank and the nozzle perch handle. This can be difficult. I usually heat the pot metal block between the frame and computer. Pot metal melts easily. It leaves easy access to the drift pin in the shaft. Using a Dremel, grind off the pin and the shaft will rotate out. To reinstall, thread the shaft to take jam nuts. Usually 1/2" and use them to lock the handle back into place at the end. Once you have the top off, you will find two 3/8" bolts about 8" down from the top of the side. one on each side rail. Remove them. At the base, there are two more bolts that need to be pulled. They go through the base. Once this is done, the sides will lift off. Regards, Paul
