Hi all, my name is Steve and my wife and I have been collecting auto related items for about 20 years now. We have several old lubesters, a few engine analyzers, some old air compressors, a couple of hit and miss engines (not really petroliana but still cool), a few gas pumps, a few signs and other miscellaneous items. We recently picked up a triple lubester that we need to restore. Our coolest item is probably our old standard oil air compressor from the teens. It was restored years ago but done in the name of the air compressor company and not standard oil so that will need to get redone. I guess they could not read the brass plaque on it that still faintly shows "standard oil" and the serial number is 017 (if I remember correctly)
Thanks for letting us join, we are anxious to pick some brains and share some of what we know. We consider sell to be a four letter word so if I ever list something for sale we were probably hacked lol
