I have a Texaco fire chief 996 and i'm trying to determine it's value. The globe is no longer on it,all I had was a reproduction globe and it got broke. The glass is missing for one of the windows,and there is no crank. The pump is still inside. Any help would be appreciated.

What you have is a Wayne 70 with the wrong face plates. It's the non ad glass version which is not as desirable. I don't offer opinions on restored pumps because there is way to many variations in the quality of the resto. If it was unrestored it would be a $1200 pump. Check Morphy, Richmond and Mecum completed auctions and you will get a fair market value. These auction houses seem to get reasonable prices on pumps unlike Barrett Jackson which gets stupid prices.
