If you had to pick your favorite/best can from your stuff which one would it be? Hopefully we can get a bunch of photos of some top end cans on this thread. It's mid winter, everybody take some time and post a pic, it's never been easier on oldgas.
I'll start, an early Marathon VEP can that you don't see very often in this condition.

Not the best pic, but it's too cold(whiner) to go out to the shop and snap another. Not a primo can, but the only one I've seen in years here in MS.

Here are the best cans in my collection. The Aero White Band and Magnolia Lubrite are both hard to find in this nice of condition. The Gargoyle quart is an international type, with wording in both Spanish and Arabic on the can. I bought it from 5quart Don a few months ago, and it was the only one he had ever seen of this type.

Dick, I love those fly spray and insect cans. Always wanted to collect them but didn't need something else to chase after.

Of these 5 gallons, my favorite is the blue and red Socony "Plumbers Thread-Cutting Oil"

This is probably my favorite can, because it is the brand I try to collect the most. I included the pyro label bottle (same brand) which I got from another local collector, after a lot of begging.Norm.

I assume the graphics used on this can was intended to catch the eye of race car enthusiasts only! It is definitely an eye catcher. Too bad my photo isn't as clear as the actual can. Can is new never opened. I've never seen another like it. Sam

Here is one of our better quarts, and with out a doubt our favorite for obvious reasons. In aggressively collecting Old Dutch and quart cans for 20 years, we have seen only two others of this quart and both were quite rough.

I have greatly enjoyed this thread, I have seen some great pieces that I never knew existed.

Here are a couple group shots of the quarts I have in my bedroom stacked on the dresser, floor, and book shelf. The group of early Dixie quarts is one of my favorite mini-collections within my quart collection. There are a couple more that I know I need yet, maybe someday...

Here is a group shot of a pyramid of cans on the floor in my living room along the stairs. When my shelves got full I had to get creative and just started stacking them up. Its nice to be able to look at some cans while watching TV, too.

Take note of the close up shot of the Hudson quarts, I recently bought the Transport Motor Oil from Don "5 quart" Raleigh and is the only one I have ever seen, even though its rough it makes a neat set.

Definately not my best can as far as value or condition but still my favorite. It says "Eliminates Trouble Demons" and you can see a bunch of little devils jumping out of the car.
