I just did a project with Jim at T-ways and am working on another. He is professional, gets artwork to you in a few days and clearly notes what is involved in the project regarding costs. It took about a month from the time I asked him to start the art to the time they were in my hands.
I have used someone else to create some lenses for me and the cost was low, but it was essentially a decal on the back of a glass lense. Never again because it doesn't look right. I would only consider one of the two above sources.
