Hey there! Looking to buy my 1st pump and have some questions.

I have my eye on the pump in the attached pictures and wanting to know what the model is. Is it a Gilbarco 904, 906 or 996?

As far as the top/cap goes, is it difficult to source a reasonably priced metal replacement? I'm seeing plastic repops but not metal.

This pump is very common for the top panel of the top to rust out & they make a repo of it…. But I don’t believe they make the “whole top” which it looks like your missing.

Welcome to Oldgas. Be careful, petroliana collecting can be quite addictive!!!

Looks like a 906. To confirm look closely at the trim ring around the reset crank on the side opposite the nozzle (see attached photo). My first was a Gilbarco 906 as well. By far the easiest of the four that I've restored.

You can order a parts guide and most of the parts you will need from Vics66.com. I'm not sure if he would have a metal top cover though

I restored mine as a Sinclair pump. Still my wife's favorite.
