I’ve been wrong before, but that doesn’t look like any gas pump part I’ve ever seen.
How was it found? In a box of parts? by itself? On a bench with gas pump parts? did the owner collect pumps?? Or was it found on a farm with no gas pumps in sight?
I’d be willing to bet a few dollars it doesn’t go on a pump.
